- The Barrel Yard is Colbre Projects latest Design and Build project and is the sister project adjacent to our previous conservation project; The Queens Brewery, Hulme. The project comprises of 25 one, two, and three bedroom apartments within a traditional brick and block built structure. A timber framed penthouse completes the structure featuring a spacious tiled balcony with a glass and stainless steel balustrade. The development also includes 17 brick clad timber framed houses with Edgemere slate roof tiles, feature Dormers and balconies incorporating a variety of complimentary materials and finishes to bespoke architectural details. The infrastructure works includes individual parking bays and adoptable highways, landscaping works, front and back gardens of grass and pavers with trees, hedges and shrubbery.
