Colbre Projects has powered through this year pushing through a very busy building schedule in both Leeds and Manchester. Working in Leeds City Center on two high rise office refurbishments has motivated us to develop great partnerships with local business to produce over 300 studios and apartments providing not just stunning luxury residences but facilities to match the lifestyle, from private dining rooms to study work rooms. These apartments are well suited for the students of Leeds and the young professionals looking to reside in the vibrant City Center of Leeds.
The futures bright... we hope! and so are these 60 studio apartments, newly refurbished over 5 stories and already fully occupied. Created within a former office building on John Dalton Street, Manchester, These bright and comfortable studios are within walking distance of all the amenities that City Center living can afford. The Project due to open in September 2020 was seriously delayed due to the Covid 19 lock down restrictions, however, with careful planning and co-operation with our sub-contracts and Client, we were able to re programme the works and minimise these delays whilst maintaining a safe environment for our workforce and supply chain partners
Our Project at St James's Square in Manchester has set off at a pace to make up for lost time during the lockdown. All measures are in place to keep site staff and visitors safe with extra cleaners, sanitizing stations and Colbre face masks.
During the Coronavirus Pandemic Colbre Projects is working to keep the sites running and the site staff and visitors safe, we are evaluating the news from Public Health England on a daily basis and are fast coming to completion of our newest project at St James Square in Manchester.
We are however very happy to have handed over our Leeds project of 120 Student apartments and studios from the Warwick and Belgrave development. The complex consists of two 6 story buildings with receptions, study rooms and ancillary areas.
There's nothing like starting a new project in City Centre Manchester during the lead up to Christmas! The £3 million, 9 month project is a conversion from a 4 story office block above commercial outlets to create 60 deluxe Student Studio Apartments.
