Brief:
Victorian Grade II listed Brewery renovation & conversion to 73 Residential Apartments. The Queens Brewery, originally built in 1863 has been vacant for a few years. Over the last 18 months it has undergone the necessary excavations, rebuilding and remodeling of old structures to utilise its space and create 73 luxurious apartments. Features of the building have been left intact so as to ensure it still oozes character. Surrounding a fully refurbished courtyard, are the apartment buildings each of which are named after the heritage of the original brewery.
