Who we are

Colbre Projects Ltd is a well-established Construction Company based in the heart of the beautiful Rossendale Valley. Founded in 1999 from a long standing friendship and working relationship between two couples Bob and Maureen Misell and Chris and Kathryn Payne. Using their assets and experience the Company has grown over the last 19 years with a philosophy of friendship and open-mindedness that extends to Staff, Clients, Architects and Sub-contractors alike.

Colbre Projects have in recent years successfully completed works in Residential & Student Accommodation, Conservation, Healthcare and other specialist projects.
During this time, we have built a team of dedicated professionals and skilled tradespeople around us, enabling us to carry out these diverse and challenging projects. Our Haslingden office has the latest technology and systems to support our site teams in all aspects of the project from Estimating and Planning to Procurement, Health & Safety and Training.

Colbre Directors and their staff are courteous and proactive and have the high level of skills required and expected to provide a unique and reliable service.  As a Company we provide Continued Professional Development, Apprenticeships and Health and Safety training for our Administrative and Site Teams. We work closely with the CITB are CHAS and SMAS and Constructionline registered and operate under the Considerate Constructors Scheme, recently winning a Silver Award.
