- Victorian Grade II listed Church renovation & conversion with new build Nave and Gatehouse providing for 82 Residential Apartments. After opening in 1825 and being declared redundant in 1993, the Grade II listed Trinity Church had been left derelict for 20 years. It has since undergone drastic repair to bring it back into use from the dilapidated state in which it was found. Within the existing shell of the Church a new stand-alone structure with independent foundations was constructed to provide 47 of the 82 apartments. The original exterior of the Church has been upheld and within the grounds a new build four story Nave, and two story Gatehouse. It has been modernised and renovated to bring life back into the structure, and has been designed as studios with young professionals in mind.
